Quality Enterprises connected Whippoorwill Lane and Marbella Lakes Drive with the construction of a new 1.5-mile roadway, creating a connection to Livingston Road via Whippoorwill Lane. The construction of the new roadway included four roundabouts, a storm drainage system, utility adjustments, signalized intersection, landscape, and irrigation.
