Laborer

As a laborer, you will be hands-on in the field. Whether it be rigging pipe, shoveling rock, sweeping sidewalks, or supporting the overall operation, this is a critical position for project success. Regardless of what you aspire to be later in your career, this is the best place to start.

Antonio Ramirez

We want to introduce you to Antonio Ramirez. Antonio joined the QE team 13 years ago and has been a devoted player since day one. Antonio began his career as a loader operator on his brother Pablo’s crew - it was here that he learned the “ins and outs” of utility work and was given the opportunity to advance as foreman. Antonio has served as a foreman for the past six years and has progressed within this position from leading water plant repair projects to now more complex sewer projects.

Pablo Perez

Pablo joined the Quality Enterprises team in 2002 as a Utility Foreman and worked his way up to Assistant Superintendent in January 2021. With 24 years of experience as a Utility Foreman, it was an easy transition for Pablo into his current role. As Assistant Superintendent, Pablo oversees the daily operations at the job site and ensures all projects are delivered successfully.

Eulogio "Pancho" Gress

Meet Pancho Gress, Field Superintendent at QE. Pancho began his career with QE in 2004 as a Utilities Foreman, bringing many years of experience and knowledge as an Underground Utilities Foreman. Pancho's attention to detail and dedication to the role ultimately led to his promotion to Assistant Superintendent and later, Field Superintendent.

Is experience required?

We prefer foreman and equipment operator applicants to have at least five years experience, utility crew applicants a minimum of one year, and laborers a desire to work hard. More than experience–if you have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a drive to improve everyday, we would love for you to join our team!

What are the possibilities for advancement?

If you’re a hard worker, have enthusiasm, and desire for Quality Enterprises to succeed and grow, your chances are high. We strive to promote from within the company.
