RSW Terminal Expansion Project Phase II

To meet the needs of a growing population in Southwest Florida, Lee County Port Authority partnered with Quality Enterprises to expand the E terminal at RSW International Airport. Quality Enterprises is responsible for the installation of new drainage systems and utilities.

The installed drainage structures include RCP, ADS Pipe, and storm structures. These structures were constructed in collaboration with a subcontractor using the cast-in-place method. Utility Installations include domestic waterline, fireline, sanitary sewer, and chiller lines. Quality Enterprises expects to complete this phase of the project in 2027.
