Field, Office, and Remote Team Members Prioritize Wellness in Group Challenge

A strong undercurrent at Quality Enterprises and sister companies Earth View and QE Concrete is a shared commitment to team wellness. The adage, “You cannot pour from an empty cup,” rings true; delivering quality to our customers begins with a company mindset that supports individual well-being. To us, it is important that we feel our best to give our best. That is why we host annual wellness challenges. This year, we underscored taking actionable steps toward positive change with our theme: New Year, New Me at QE.

In January, team members across all three companies joined the New Year, New Me at QE challenge for the chance to win prizes, build new healthy habits, and engage in group fitness activities. Team members tested their strength with weekly physical challenges like pushups, wall-sits, and planks. The Healthy Recipe Challenge and weekly wellness newsletters reinforced the importance of nutritional knowledge in addition to physical activity. 

One benefit of our 2026 Wellness Challenge has been the ability to unify field, office, and remote team members. Weekly challenges were designed with all participants in mind, so everyone had the chance to join in on the fun. Throughout New Year, New Me at QE, participants had the opportunity to connect with one another through fun, social challenges like submitting selfies while on group walks and gratitude pings in a chatroom. 

By fostering a culture that promotes whole-body wellness, our team members can give and receive the support needed to commit to healthy lifestyle choices. Committing to those choices strengthens our ability to prioritize safety, stay alert, and build the resilience needed to meet demanding moments, directly supporting overall team success. We owe our communities our very best, and that starts with looking after ourselves.
